What are Puchi's Shop Hours?

At Puchi we really appreciate our customers and are happy to open by appointment. To book an appointment please call Jackie 0212200274. If you live in Auckland or just visiting you are welcome to bring your pet with you when you shop in our Clevedon store where we can assist you to find the correct size or the perfect gift.
What payment methods do you accept?
Puchi really appreciates their customers and want to offer the best shopping experience possible. We have tried to make it easy for you to pay for your pets products online by offering what we trust are the best options - PayPal for all our credit card transactions. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex. PayPal automatically encrypts your information using a Secure Sockets Layer, which has an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available ). This means that when you purchase from us your payment is safe.
What is your Privacy Policy?
At Puchi we take your privacy seriously. We will only use the personal information you provide us to process your order. When you place an order with us with you name, address, phone number and email address will be required. This is collected by PayPal, along with your credit card details at check out and will only be used to process your order. This information will not be provide to a third party and won't be stored by Puchi or PayPal.
Is your website stock controlled ?
We make every effort to keep our website stock controlled. At times this is not the case, there may be items which are limited editions or times when due to demand, items will be unavailable (or on back-order). If this occurs you will be notified by Puchi and advised of the likely delay or other product alternatives. You will also be given the option of placing a pre order. You can choose to make payment for the purchase in advance to ensure you have priority of receiving the item, or you can cancel your order and you will be refunded in full. Please appreciate that that many of our items are handmade and/or are very popular at certain times of the year.
Why are some items not always available?
Our beautiful Puchi dog coats are handmade in New Zealand using only minimum amounts of fabric remainders sourced from luxury designer suppliers, these are an exclusive items with very limited editions in style and fabric and sold worldwide. Therefore there is very few chances that you will see them twice. That is why to give your dog a unique style that cannot be imitated we advise our customers not to wait too long to order a chosen coat
Pricing?
All prices on the Puchi website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods anServices Tax ) of 15%. Delivery charges are in addition of the stated price. At Puchi we may need to change the price of items on the website without notice. No such changes in price will apply to orders made, which will be honoured at the price displayed when the order is received.
